We are selling authentic handmade hand cast kazans cauldrons, these kazans  may have slight abraded uneven surfaces due to the handmade casting procses, this will not affect its cooking capabilities . Mangalking is not selling machine made kazans All kazans are hand made cast iron unless stated 

To initiate a return ,,your Item must be UNUSED in Original Packing please note buyer pays return shipping back to Mangalking warehouse in florida. Even In the event we issue you a return label the cost will be deducted from the refund plus 25% restocking fee .If you choose our discounted Magalking shipping labels we will deduct the shipping label cost from the final refund. outbound shipping will be deducted from refund 

Please Note it is the customers responsibility to know the size oven uchag and size kazan they will need. Mangalking is not responsible for any claim that kazan dose not fit on the uchag oven they have purchased at checkout. The Customer is responsible for all return shipping cost back to our warehouse .
